Dark Age Anglo-Saxons

The Anglo-Saxons, after the raid on Lindisfarne in 793, were literally pushed all the way across England by the Viking hordes. But, Alfred the Great and his Kingdom of Wessex stiffened and fought valiantly against the Norsemen.

I based these second-hand figures for Hail Caesar. They portray the Anglo-Saxons in the early years of the Viking invasion, from 793 until about 900 A.D. Sometimes, you just need some figures to bash around on the table, paint jobs be damned.
